What are the
Essentials? To be Essential means to be Indispensable! What
is it that is Indispensable to Effective youth ministry?
We believe that there are 5 categories that represent the Essentials for Effective Youth Ministry.
These categories must be non-negotiable in the development of our
ministry. We believe that when these categories are woven into the
fabric of a ministry there will be long-term health and blessing to those
connected with it.

usual I have tweaked the idea to have 1 or more words that would guide my
